FAB 50 High School Soccer Team Rankings

The fall season includes the following states: Connecticut, D.C., Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi (independent schools) Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Virginia (private), Washington, West Virginia.

The rankings are compiled by high school rankings editor Sheldon Shealer.

Noblesville often has been known for its defense, so it should be no surprise the team kicked off the season with a pair of shutout victories, including a 2-0 decision over usually strong Cathedral.

Gorman extended its undefeated streak 49 matches with four wins to start 2019. The Gaels have not lost a match since Sept. 7, 2017.

Miami (Ohio) commit Hailey Anspach scored all four of Medina's goals last week as the team opened the season with wins over Clay and Magnificat. The results give Medina a 70-1-9 record during its last 80 regular season matches.

Izzie Wallace scored eight goals as Hamilton Southeastern has rolled to four wins, averaging seven goals per contest. The team's 5-1 win over Homestead vaulted the Royals ahead of Evansville Memorial, which had defeated Homestead 2-1 a day earlier.

Junior standout Ryleigh Anslinger scored four goals and added a pair of assists in the Tigers' 3-0 start.

Valparaiso commit Kelsie James scored the game-winner with little more than a minute left as defending state champ Carmel opened the season with a 2-1 victory over Guerin Catholic.

Madeline Eskin and Emma Riales have led the Houston offensive charge as the Mustangs have rolled to three victories, all by at least five goals.

One of the nation's top prospects, Ohio State commit Kailyn Dudukovich, scored both goals, including the overtime winner, as Lakota West edged regionally ranked Loveland 2-1 last week.
