{mosimage:250}For those of you ricocheting off of one another while trying to win balls in your night soccer league, this might spare you a concussion or two.
In the Nike Total90 Omni Hi-Vis, you get a soccer ball specifically made to increase visibility in low light conditions.
Nike debuted the Hi-Vis series a few years back, but has continued to improve the product’s technology.
According to certain scientists it’s been determined that yellow is the most visible casing color for the human eye in low light conditions. Combined with a contrasting purple you get a ball that should always stay in your sightline.
In addition, the ball’s asymmetrical graphic creates an optimal flicker as the ball rotates. It’s used throughout the English winter, and the Total90 Omni has a new panel that results in a more responsive sweet spot for great consistency in shooting.
It’s made to perform well in all weather conditions and its latex bladder gives it explosive acceleration. Of course, that’s dependent on who’s striking it.
