The holidays and the upcoming World Cup mean one thing as it relates to soccer cleats: new colourways.
adidas Adipure IIIThe adiPure III released this past fall to mixed reviews and the campaign is pushing ahead with their latest unveiling – the prominent gold complemented by black color combo.
The other two offerings both featured this color scheme along with white, but the new edition is much bolder and unmistakable than the previous two.
Expected to be available on retail in March at around $160 with pre-orders beginning in February this will probably be the most successful option of the adipure III.
To run down the functional qualities of the shoe, the adiPure III features top quality K-leather, has the mono-tongue construction for a glove like fit. The asymmetrical lacing system provides a clean kicking surface and a sleek look.
Last month, Real Madrid star Karim Benzema debuted the gold in a match against Valencia. The white, gold and black edition has been worn by Frank Lampard of Chelsea.
