REDMOND, Wa. – Once again, Crossfire found a way to win the oldest age group at the ECNL Boys National Playoffs.

For the second season in a row, the Northwest powerhouse side won the Under-19 national championship. A late goal from Anthony Garcia secured the 3-2 win against Eclipse Select.

Playing on home turf at the 60 Acres Complex, XF overturned a 1-0 deficit against a very impressive Eclipse Select SC squad, winning on Garcia’s goal in second half stoppage time. The Chicagoland side had battled back to tie it late in the second half through Ignacio Escamilla, but Garcia put XF in front for good. It was Crossfire’s third Under-19 national title in the past four seasons.

Tuesday’s final marked the end of a competitive week in the Under-19 age group, as Pateadores won the North American Cup as well. The SoCal side bested Manhattan SC 5-1 in the final.

Here are some of the standouts spotted at 60 Acres over the past week from the U19s.
