Following another incredible season, the ECNL Girls is proud to announce the 2024-25 All-America teams and national Players of the Year for the U15-U18/19 age groups. 

The All-America teams represent players from each of the 10 ECNL Girls conferences and were selected by a technical committee of directors from across the league. Each of the Players of the Year were also selected by this committee, highlighting the exceptional play of the ECNL and their commitment to their club and the league as a whole.
