Thanksgiving marked the final day of play for the 1994 and 1995 age groups at the annual US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program (US Youth Soccer ODP) Girls Thanksgiving Interregional.

 

The 1994 age group finished the interregional event with two 1-0 games on Thursday. Devlyn Jeter's 9th-minute strike for Region IV gave her team a 1-0 victory over Region II. The win gave Region IV two wins and a tie on the week, while Region II finished with a tie and two losses.

 

It took a late goal to give Region I the win over Region III, when Rachel Blauner found the net in the 78th minute. It was Blauner's second goal on the week. Region I finished the week with two wins and a tie, while Region III fell to a tie and two losses for the tournament.

 

For the 1995s, Kelsey Gorney gave Region III an early lead over Region I with a goal in the 8th minute. That lead held until Veronica Latsko leveled for Region I with a strike in the 71st minute. With the tie, Region I and Region III both finished the week with a win, a tie and a loss.

 

On a day where goals were hard to come by, Region II was able to find the net five times in a 5-1 victory over Region IV. Savannah Trujillo and Rose Lavelle gave Region II a 2-0 lead at half with goals in the 8th and 34th minutes. Allison Stucky, Kaitlyn Clark and Rubina Veerakone also tallied goals for Region II in the second half. Katy Couperus scored the lone goal for Region IV on the day. Region II finished the week with two wins and a tie, while Region IV was winless in Florida.
