PHOENIX — The girls bracket in the 2017 U.S. Youth Soccer ODP Championships saw an early surprise result, as Florida defeated Cal-South 4-1 to claim the championship in the 2001 age group. Cal South bounced back, winning the 2000 age group championship match 6-0 against Florida at the Reach 11 Sports Complex in Phoenix, Arizona.
