2018 National Signing Day draws closer through the bitter winter days of January (at least in some parts of the country).

With verbal commitments coming so early in women’s Division I soccer, changes are minimal to recruiting class rankings. However, transfers can make a big part of the immediate impact in recruiting. The news that USC added Natalie Jacobs to its 2018 group is significant, and the Pac-12 side makes a big jump in the January update.
