The July update to the 2024 Men’s Division I Recruiting Class Rankings is out.
Based on reported commitments, transfers and international additions, below are the latest rankings. The final rankings will be released the week the Division I season starts.

Portland is still waiting on a few top players making it to campus later this fall. But the transfer addition of Waggoner, Zamora and Bellini brings in intriguing college talent. At this point, it’s about getting the pro kids to campus next month.
