The May update to the Men’s Division I Recruiting Class Rankings have arrived for the class of 2026.
Focusing only on first-year additions (transfers will be added starting in June), this month’s refresh looks at the Top 35 incoming groups.

1. Notre Dame* (1)

The Irish have laid a strong foundation of domestic talent to its class of 2026. It’s a blend of pro-affiliated talent and some top prospects from other clubs.
2. Stanford (2)
Commitments: D Hugo Berg (Chicago Fire – No. 57), D Maximo Nystrom (Portland Timbers Academy – No. 82), M Yujin Kikuchi (San Jose Earthquakes – No. 92), F Jayden Fitzgerlad Boes (San Jose Earthquakes – No. 119), F Logan Tsopanoglou (Orlando City SC – No. 165), GK Bennett Ewing (Real Salt Lake), D Timothy Fortier (Toronto FC), D Alexander Ling (San Jose Earthquakes), F Carson Sagely (LA Galaxy), F Calder Zirn (De Anza Force SC)
Berg’s reclassification and 2026 additions is a big boost for a Stanford group that enjoyed a strong 2025. Tsopanoglou has enjoyed a stellar season for Orlando City in MLS NEXT. Fortier is arguably the best player joining the program as well, though is outside the rankings since he is based in Canada.
3. Oregon State (3)

Wolff signing is a massive boost for an excellent class. Koutelieris and Blake are both stars from the XF Academy 08 team. The late addition of Wolff offers a big back line boost.
