A two-way central midfielder, Northern Virginia product Ramez Bakhtari eventually settled on committing to one of the closest DI program’s in his region.

“After I went on my visit I was 100% sure that I wanted to go to Mason,” he said. “Coach [Greg] Andrulis and the rest of the coaching staff are really great and care a lot about the players, which was big for me. They are a very good program every year and usually competes against other top programs in the country every year.
