A defender on Philadelphia Union U16s, who recently finished in third place in the Development Academy playoffs, Joseph DeZart II has his college future lined up after picking an ACC school.
“I decided to commit to Wake Forest because of its combination of great academics with an excellent soccer program,” he told TopDrawerSoccer. “I also connected with the coaches, who had similar visions to mine. The coaching staff at Wake is dedicated to winning a national championship, while also developing better soccer players, and pushing them onto the next level. I felt like those goals directly correlated with mine.”
