One of the key players on LA Galaxy’s U16 Development Academy side, Oscar Penate recently made the decision to pick a Big West program as his future college home.

“I decided to commit to Cal State Fullerton because I believed it was the best decision I can ever make,” he told TopDrawerSoccer. “I believe that I can be an impact at this school and that this school can help me reach my dreams of becoming a professional soccer player.”
