PHOENIX, AZ – The ECNL Phoenix Fall soccer event kicked off on Nov. 11 with a clear blue sky and 70-degree fall weather. The 170-team event will take place over the next two days at the Reach 11 sports complex with all 17 fields packed full of talent.
