U14

Goals from Olivia Pietro and Audrey Weiss (who also added an assist on Pietro’s goal) brought the full points to Colorado Rush in an in state clash with Real Colorado.

Two goals from Ciara Whitely provided the winning margin for Gwinnett Soccer Association, topping West Florida Flames 2-1 on Saturday. GSA won both its games over the weekend, as Lillian Babalola, Kristi Jones and Michelle LaPenta supplied the offense in a 3-1 defeat of visiting Orlando City.

Damali Simon-Ponte scored PDA’s lone goal of the game, in a 1-1 draw against Connecticut FC. Playing its first matches since the start of November, the New Jersey club side also beat FSA 3-0, with all three goals coming from Emily Leyson.

U15

Midfielder Nicole Foley scored the only goal for her club side FC Virginia in a 1-1 draw against Ohio Elite Soccer Academy.

McKinley Burkett’s hat trick was all the goals that Richmond United needed, paving the way to a 3-0 win against Indiana Fire Juniors. Burkett also scored twice and assisted in a 3-1 victory over visiting Ohio Elite. Paige Franks also contributed a goal and assist in the win.

A goal apiece from Olyvia Dowell and Reyna Reyes helped FC Dallas to a narrow 2-1 win against Dallas Texans on Sunday. Sophia Silva-Trevino nabbed the Texans’ consolation.

Swinging south to North Carolina, Ohio Premier opened its weekend trip with a 1-1 draw against CASL, with Brianna Pinto netting for the hosts and Grace Todd scoring for the Ohio squad. Sunday’s action saw Ohio Premier emerge as 3-0 winners, as Grace Alsop, Mya Howard and Gabrielle Viggiano accounting for the offense.

U16

Ashley Andersen, Casey Kent and Catherine Kwitnieski each tallied for FC Virginia, which saw off the challenge from visiting Ohio Elite SA 3-1. Gabriella Gordon, Casey Peterson and Lillian Weber provided the offense for FCV, which defeated Indiana Fire Juniors by an identical 3-1 score line.

Making the trip north from its Orlando digs, Orlando City escaped the Atlanta region with a pair of shutout wins, blanking Atlanta Fire 4-0 on Saturday and beating Gwinnett Soccer Association 2-0 on Sunday.

NC Fusion welcomed a pair of Ohio clubs to town over the weekend, and after a 0-0 draw against Internationals SC, Fusion forward Sandra Geiselhart scored both goals in a 2-1 victory against Ohio Premier.

Recent Stanford commit Civana Kuhlmann found the back of the net for her Colorado Rush side, which battled to a 1-1 draw against nearby rivals Real Colorado.

U17

Richmond United put together a five-goal performance on Saturday, as Taylor Alvey, Keniya Lee, Carson Pokorny scored, while Virginia Jesselson tallied twice in a 5-0 defeat of Indiana Fire Juniors. Jesselson and Brittany Borum scored in Richmond’s other game of the weekend, a 2-2 draw with Ohio Elite.

U.S. youth national team stalwart Mallory Pugh scored twice and Kelcey Cavarra also found the back of the net in Real Colorado’s 3-1 defeat of Colorado Rush. Michaela Stark nabbed the Rush’s consolation.

Honors were even between local rivals FC Dallas and Dallas Texans, with forward Madison Haley providing both goals for the Texans in a 2-2 draw.

It was a good weekend for FC Virginia at this age group, picking up a pair of wins. First up, four different goal scorers (Katie Le, Tara Morris, Julia Phillips and Tess Sapone) all tallied in a 4-0 defeat of Ohio Elite. On Sunday, forward Emily Fox scored a hat trick and Sapone added two more to her weekend total in a 5-0 win against Indiana Fire Juniors.

U18

Gwinnett Soccer Association rose to the challenge from a pair of tricky visitors. Saturday’s action saw Elexa Bahr an Sh'nia Gordon provided the offense in a 2-0 defeat of West Florida Flames. The Georgia club rounded out the weekend by scoring five against Orlando City with Emma Carlson, Gordon, Rachel Heard finding the back of the net and Dena Cisic scoring twice to round out the score sheet.

Caroline Ratz, Brittnee Gilbert and Samantha Dewey all scored as Indiana Fire Juniors managed a 3-1 win against Richmond United. Dewey and Ratz also scored, as did Gabrielle Charles, Amber Hoot and Sara Osinski in a 5-1 victory on Sunday against FC Virginia.
