With the NWSL season a few days away, some of your favorite former college and academy soccer stars will make their professional debuts as NWSL rookies. The 2022 class was historic and capped by Naomi Girma simultaneously winning rookie and defender of the year. Girma is a tough act to follow, but there is plenty of talent in the 2023 class.
