In the game of college soccer recruiting, many of the top prospects have already been verbal commitments for a long time prior to Signing Day. However, there are still number of top prospects this year who have not made a verbal commitment yet. The late decisions could shape the recruiting race for the top 10 classes depending on where these highly rated players end up.
