Facing a must-win game on Saturday against Albion SC, So Cal Blues SC U16/17 had it all come down to the final weekend for a playoff spot. Blues showed up when it mattered with a commanding win from the clash. Jessica Carlton led the way in the attack with two goals while Faith Nguyen recorded the shutout in goal. Three points from the game were enough for Blues to secure one of the final wild card spots and book a place in the playoffs, which kick off later this month in Oceanside.
