The U.S. U17 WNT is heading to the quarterfinals of this year’s World Cup.
Winners of Group A, the United States takes on Nigeria on Friday (7 a.m. EST kickoff time).
It was a strong showing in the group stages for the USA, which won twice against India and Morocco, and drawing 1-1 versus Brazil last week. The do-or-die stage of the tournament arrives this week, but plenty has been learned from the first three games.
