Notable young Americans in the USL

The USL Championship postseason kicked off over the weekend, as the league marches towards the conclusion of the pandemic-impacted 2020 campaign.

Aside from the obvious differences between this year and years past, the season has served as another opportunity for some younger American players to get pro chances. Some players have already signed a USL deal, others are on loan from the MLS team while others are competing as amateurs and keeping college as an option.

Check out some of the notable young players from the 2020 USL Championship season on teams that didn’t make the postseason.
