U.S. Soccer Director of Talent Identification Tony Lepore sat down with TopDrawerSoccer for an interview during the 2017 Boys Development Academy Winter Showcase. Lepore talked about scouting at the Showcase, the growth of the scouting network, making sure players did not fall through the cracks, and the addition of the international scouting element.
