The most talented boys from all around the country were in Overland Park, Kan., for the US Youth Soccer National Championships this past week. Hundreds of athletes competed but a select few stood out from the pack. One athlete who was at the top was Thomas Butzke.

M Thomas Butzke, Smithtown Kickers Arsenal – Butzke was a controlling force in the middle of the field for Smithtown. He fed balls to teammates making runs, worked the length of the field, and controlled the defensive field as well.
