A bumper crop of rookies have made sorting out a postseason update of Top 100 freshmen nationwide in men’s college soccer a difficult task, but the final ranking is out.

The top 5 players were each named top freshmen in their respective conferences, and each could make a claim for the #1 spot.

Our final reckoning ended with Georgetown’s Brandon Allen in the top slot, followed by Akron’s Dillon Serna, UC Santa Barbara’s Ema Boateng, North Carolina’s Danny Garcia and Northwestern’s Joey Calistri.

Rounding out the top 10 were Wake Forest’s Jalen Robinson, Maryland’s Michael Ambrose, Tulsa’s Cristian Mata, Maryland’s Schillo Tshuma and Marquette’s Axel Sjoberg. Check out the full list here!

All of these players were also recognized in the TopDrawerSoccer.com Team of the Season, which can be viewed in full here. Additionally, the final men’s college soccer conference rankings are available here.

The postseason update for the Top 100 freshmen on the women’s side will be released Thursday.
