Florida State women beat Wake Forest

Tallahassee, Fla. - No. 10 ranked Florida State (8-2-0, 2-0-0 ACC) was pushed to another overtime battle, and for the second time in two weeks was on the winning side of a golden goal as they defeated #19 Wake Forest 1-0 in their ACC home opener at the Seminole Soccer Complex. Senior Rachel Lim scored what proved to be the game-winning goal in the games 95th minute off an assist by fellow senior Janice Cayman. Florida State improves to 8-2-0 on the season and 2-0 in ACC play with the win while Wake Forest falls to 8-4-0 and 2-1 in the ACC.
