Grambling State Signs 14 on NLI Day
Grambling State signs 14 key additions including three transfer players to bolster a squad that went 11-7-2 in 2017 and narrowly missed the NCAA D-1 national tournament falling in the conference championship game in a shoot-out. GSU will return 8 important starters for the 2018 campaign, but with these 14 key additions, add vital depth to the program that they lacked this past year.
Coach Wagar said of the signing class, "we have a talented group of players coming to GSU in the fall to help make our squad more competitive and give us the needed depth to compete with top teams. With this class bring a lot of speed, talent, and some experience with transfers at important positions. I'm excited for the future of GSU Soccer and for the fall season to arrive."
