Kagawa Earns Capital One Academic All-District Status
DENVER, Colo.: Regis women's soccer's midfielder Kendal Kagawa earned Capital One Academic All-District status yesterday.
The junior earned Academic All-RMAC First Team early last week after earning a 3.92 grade point average in Biological and Biomedical Sciences. Native of Honolulu, Hawaii, Kagawa has started in all 15 matches for the Rangers, helping her team both offensively and defensively.
In past seasons, she has earned Academic All-RMAC First Team status as well as All-RMAC Third Team honors.
The Rangers will take on Colorado State Pueblo this afternoon at 3:30 p.m. on the Regis Match Pitch in Denver, Colo.
