DENTON - Mean Green DNA looks into the aspects that make up our programs within North Texas Athletics.
The second week of Mean Green DNA takes a look at North Texas traditions. One of the strongest traditions at North Texas is the winning culture of the Mean Green soccer program.
Under the helm of head coach John Hedlund, the North Texas soccer team has won the last three Conference USA regular-season conference titles. In his 22 years coaching at North Texas, Hedlund has led the Mean Green to 22 winning seasons and 12 total conference championships.
