Men’s Division I Top 25: Nov. 3
As the regular season winds down in Division I men’s soccer, the on-going theme of the top ranked teams suffering disappointing results continued. Former No. 1 Indiana was held to a 2-2 draw against Wisconsin. Former No. 2 UCLA lost 0-1 at home to California on Sunday.
There is a new No. 1 team, as Stanford takes hold of the crown for the week following a 2-2 draw against the Bruins and a 1-0 win over San Diego State. Indiana slips down to No. 2. Syracuse leaps up to No. 4 in the rankings after a 2-1 win over Boston College in conference play.
Charlotte moves up one spot to No. 4 after wins over Wake Forest and Florida Atlantic.
California rounds out the top five after road wins over San Diego State and UCLA last week.
