Maryland's first-year talent, Rocket Ritarita, only needed 48 minutes of action to flip the Sweet Sixteen clash versus Connecticut on its head. Right away from his entrance in the first half, the former MLS Next academy star was combative, engaging in the press and driving at his defender. That culminated in a ten-minute stretch in which he assisted on the opening goal, then drifted through the Connecticut defense to unleash a world-class strike in the 38th minute. That cameo proved to be enough as the Terrapins ran out 3-0 winners to move on to the Elite Eight.
