Every year, dozens of experienced college hopefuls flock to Florida, with one final chance of impressing an MLS side to climb up the draft board.

The annual MLS combine is an interesting exercise. While not much stock should be put into the three scrimmages, there is still the opportunity for a player to nudge himself northwards in the perception of some scouts.
