The first two rounds of the 2020 MLS Draft are in the books.

All 52 picks were made, even if it didn’t seem crazy to suggest that a team might pass in the late part of the second round.

And even in the face of the usual caveats about the draft – it’s not going to be a massive difference-maker this season and players may struggle to stick – there were still some notable talking points to emerge.
