Regis Stays Undefeated

Denver, Colorado: On the road taking on the Cal State Dominguez Hills Toros (0-2-1) the Regis University Rangers women’s soccer team settled with a 0-0 double overtime tie. RU keeps a clean sheet and moves to 2-0-1 on the season.
The Rangers battled back and forth with the Toros exchanging offensive attacks and defensive stands. The Toros outshot Regis 13-9 but RU applied some pressure in the first overtime period attempting four shots to CSD’s one.
Sophomore goalkeeper Kat Crump (Huntsville, Alabama) recorded another shutout, played all 110 minutes of action, and tallied four saves. The Rangers are back in action on the road at Cal Poly Pomona at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 14.
