TDS Division I Men’s Top 25: Oct. 30
The men’s Division I regular season is almost over as many conference tournaments begin this week. The final week of the regular season saw a few upsets as teams pushed to make the most of the last conference games before the postseason begins.
Despite a scoreless draw against Syracuse(m), Wake Forest(m) remains the No. 1 team in the TopDrawerSoccer Men’s Top 25 for this week. The Demon Deacons are 15-1-1 on the season and have the No. 2 RPI heading into the ACC Tournament.
Clemson(m) and Georgetown(m) were both knocked out of the top five this week after suffering upsets. Clemson was taken down by Louisville(m) while Georgetown dropped an 0-1 decision to St. John’s(m).
VCU(m) jumps into the top 25 this week. They are riding a four-game winning streak and jumped up to No. 13 in the RPI after wins over Rhode Island(m) and Maryland(m).
