Facing its biggest test of the season, No. 1 ranked Wake Forest passed it -- by a wide margin.
The Demon Deacons drubbed the defending champions Clemson by a 6-1 score on Saturday, playing at the Tigers. Huge tests remain on a horizon, but Wake laid down a marker over the weekend.
No. 2 Washington remains formidiable, outscoring two opponents by a combined 8-1 margin to hold on to second spot. Duke, Kentucky and Marshall round out the top five.
