TDS Women's Division I Top 25: Nov. 9
Florida State is back at No. 1.
The Seminoles captured the ACC championship, a 7-6 penalty shootout victory against Virginia on Sunday after a 2-2 draw. Expected to earn a No. 1 seed in the tournament, FSU also takes over the top spot in this week’s TopDrawerSoccer.com DI Women’s soccer Top 25 rankings update.

The rest of the top five – Virginia notwithstanding – is comprised of conference champions. Stanford, which won the Pac-12 regular season title, sits at No. 3, while Penn State and Florida round out the summit after capturing the Big Ten and SEC tournament titles respectively.
Other conference champions Princeton, Texas Tech and South Alabama also landed in the Top 25.
