Top 2015 men’s impact signings
The 2015 men’s signing class was riddled with the usual haul of top notch quality capable of producing right away. Even with players choosing the pro path in larger numbers than ever, a number of colleges still managed to land YNT and Homegrown-capable players able to play and contribute straight out of the box. A few players at the top of that list.
M Adolfo Ovalle, Maryland
Maryland’s class deserves the recognition it got in our top recruiting classes of 2015. The Terps signed up the nation’s No. 3 class in the nation with names like Jorge Calix and Sebastian Elney, a hot-and-cold striker who can go on fearsome scoring tears that leave devastation in their wake. But perhaps the most college-ready player in Maryland’s hefty class is Ovalle. The question now is simply whether he ever makes it to campus.
