On Sunday, Illinois found a way.

The Big Ten side picked up a massive 2-1 win against Duke in its second game of the season, a massive victory and the biggest upset of the first weekend of the women's Division I college season.

Other than that, most Top 25 teams managed to hold serve over the first week of play.

Penn State won the highest clash between seeded sides, defeating West Virginia by a 1-0 score on Friday night.

No. 2 ranked UCLA scored with two seconds left, getting a Hailie Mace goal to edge Long Beach State by a 1-0 score.

California, Georgetown and Auburn all cracked the Top 25, with Auburn picking up wins against Samford and South Florida on home turf.
