TopDrawerSoccer Women's Top 25: Oct 2
With favorites holding firm over the past week, there was very little change amongst the top five sides in the latest TDS Women's Top 25 DI college rankings.
UCLA and Stanford cruised past Pac-12 opposition. The Bruins best Oregon and Oregon State by a combined 6-1 score line, while Stanford's prolific offensive output continued. After edging Arizona 1-0, the Cardinals blasted Arizona State 6-0 on Sunday.
One of the weekend's biggest movers came in the shape of Wake Forest, which jumped back into the Top 25 at No. 16. The Demon Deacons' revival campaign continued, with a 2-1 road win against ACC foes Notre Dame. A return to the NCAA Tournament looks more and more likely for the rejuvenated side.
Cincinnati and UCF, ranked at No. 21 and No. 22 respectively, continue to look like the cream of the American Athletic Conference, as both won a pair of conference games over the past week, and sit with identical 3-0-1 records in league play.
