U.S. U20 WNT stars from qualifying

Given the U.S. youth national teams’ recent struggles in qualifying, the last ten days in the Cayman Islands were a welcome sight.

In five games, the United States U20 WNT, a team comprised mostly of women’s Division I college stars, outscored their opponents 29-0, playing some quality soccer on their way to qualifying for this summer’s World Cup. A Sunday win over Mexico clinched the tournament title.

It took a total team effort for Michelle French’s charges to dominate, but here are seven stars who made a significant impact:
