For Alicia D’Aoust, an early decision to commit to a Big 10 program came down to the coaches.

“I decided to commit to Rutgers mostly because of the family atmosphere that Mike O'Neill, Meg Ryan, Lubos Ancin, and the rest of the coaching staff have created at Rutgers,” she told TopDrawerSoccer. “I really look forward to playing in the Big 10, which is very a competitive conference. I am so proud to say that I will be playing at the same college where Carli Lloyd played.”
