There were a number of aspects of Clemson that drew Christy Lee Sheppard’s commitment.

But a lot of what pulled her in was the similarities on the field between her club team and the ACC program.

“I decided to commit to Clemson mostly because of the great coaching staff, but I also love their style of play, because it is a lot like Tophat's,” Sheppard told TopDrawerSoccer. “Everyone I met at Clemson made me feel so welcome and like I would be a part of a big family.”
