BURLINGTON, Iowa — To wrap-up the three-day adidas Tournament of Champions, TopDrawerSoccer.com releases the Best XIs for the top two flights plus a "best of the rest" that combines other divisions. The players were selected by votes from the head coaches. The list includes the player's position, name, high school, year in school and college commitment (if any).
