HS: Fall state, region rankings, Nov. 16

Jesuit (Carmichael, Calif.) boys regained the No. 1 ranking in the West region, highlighting a number of changes as state tournaments drew to a close in Colorado, D.C., Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oregon and Virginia this past weekend.
