While it was business as usual for the elite boys teams, two girls regions see new No. 1s this week.

McDonogh School (Md.) returned to No. 1 in the Mid-Atlantic Region after winning a No. 1 vs. No. 2 showdown with league rival Archbishop Spalding (Md.). The teams could meet again this week in the IAAM playoffs.
