SIMA FAB 50 HS Rankings: 2014 Final Fall
The 2014 fall high school season came to a close Sunday evening with the New Jersey state championships, and the Washington Township (N.J.) boys made one last push for a high ranking.
Washington Township, with four Division I commits in the starting 11, secured the program's first state title with a 1-0 win over longtime power Scotch Plains, and the result earned the Minutemen the highest ranking by a public school in the final SIMA FAB 50.
On the girls side, Northern Highlands (N.J.), Montclair (N.J.), West Springfield (Mass.) and Central Valley (Wash.) were the big winners during the final weekend of play, each taking home state titles to secure SIMA FAB 50 Top 25 final rankings.
