Prep High School Soccer Team Rankings

The Prep Top 10 is comprised of schools in the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council and the Mid-Atlantic Prep League, as well as other independent prep schools. Schools in these rankings are not eligible for the FAB 50 high school rankings because these programs either field post-grad players or compete in a league with or against teams with post-grad and/or fifth-year athletes.

A two-match trip to Chicago ended up being a one match/one exhibition weekend for South Kent School when officials failed to show. South Kent agreed to play an exhibition match against Milwaukee Marquette as opposed to the scheduled contest, according to the South Kent coach. The team then played and defeated Lake Forest Academy (Ill.) 3-1 on Saturday. NEXT: Kent, Wednesday.

Jerry Ozor turned in a pair of two-goal performances as Milton defeated Thayer and Middlesex by 4-0 margins. NEXT: Groton, Wednesday.
3 (3) Berkshire School Sheffield, MA 4-1-0
Berkshire is starting to click, posting four-goal wins over former Top 10-ranked Kent and Williston. NEXT: Millbrook, Wednesday.
4 (4) Brunswick School Greenwich, CT 5-0-0
Will Sands scored three goals last week and Sal Lopez added two as Brunswick School topped last year's win total with victories over Avon Old Farms and Gunnery. NEXT: Cheshire Academy, Wednesday.
5 (5) Lawrence Academy Groton, MA 1-1-2
Lawrence Academy has posted three straight shutouts since a season-opening loss to Milton. Unfortunately for Lawrence Academy, two of those three shutouts have ended in 0-0 ties, including last week's meeting with Roxbury. NEXT: Middlesex, Wednesday.
6 (6) Northfield Mount Hermon Gill, MA 4-1-0
Miguel Yuste had a big week, netting and goal and one assist in the team's 3-0 win over Loomis and then producing three assists in NMH's 3-0 victory over Salisbury School. NEXT: Wilbraham & Monson, Wednesday.
7 (7) Phillips Andover Andover, MA 3-0-1
A 4-1 win over Loomis last week helps vault this team into the Prep Top 10 for the first time this season. NEXT: Bridgton, Wednesday.

 Choate Rosemary Hall Wallingford, CT 3-1-2
Choate split a pair of matches last week, but holds an edge over No. 9 Worcester Academy since it beat the Massachusetts program earlier in the season. NEXT: Trinity-Pawling, Wednesday.

Worcester Academy blanked Tabor Academy and Wilbraham last week to climb back into the Top 10 after a rough start. NEXT: Loomis Chaffee, Wednesday.
