The new season of Men’s Division I College Soccer begins today.
While it isn’t a primary developer of talent for MLS or other professional leagues like other U.S. sports, it remains a platform to help prepare players for a higher level. With the growth of the USL and MLS NEXT Pro, ample talent is set to compete to impress scouts.
When it comes to MLS prospects, freshmen are the only players who must be signed to a Generation adidas contract.
This is a list that excludes any prospects with MLS Academy ties or players who have been previously drafted. Players who would require an international roster spot in a U.S. domestic league are also noted.
Below are 25 pro prospects to watch in Division I Men’s Soccer in 2025.
