Teams like San Jose Earthquakes, Houston Dynamo and the San Jose Earthquakes are represented below.

40. Juan Castilla – CM – Houston Dynamo

DOB: 7/24/2004 | HT: 5-8 | WT: 130 | Last Year’s Ranking: 26

The launch of a second team for the Dynamo was key for a player like Castilla, who is eligible for the U.S. and Colombia. At this point, playing for the latter seems much more likely after he helped them qualify for the U20 World Cup earlier this year. Can he start to make an impact in MLS? Houston enters the season with new head coach Ben Olsen at the helm so Castilla has a chance to impress him in between national team stints. A player of high technical quality, MLS may not be the best fit for him tactically.
