Below is a look at the Top 20 Women’s DI recruiting classes for 2024.
Please send any corrections or omissions to rankings@topdrawersoccer.com.
1. Stanford (1)
Commitments: D Gisele Thompson (Total Futbol Academy – No. 4), F Jaden Thomas (FC Dallas – No. 9), D Ella Emri (San Diego Surf – No. 13), M Charlotte Kohler (MVLA – No. 15), M Samantha Smith (Boise Thorns – No. 27), D Elizabeth Boamah (Albion SC (CA) – No. 33), GK Kaiya Jota (LA Breakers FC – No. 182), M Maria Crisera (Beach FC (CA)), D Sophie Murdock (Mtn. View Los Altos)
At least three programs stake a claim at the top spot (and heck, even up to five). The Cardinal holds at this spot for now, despite losing Onyeka Gamero to a pro contract. Thompson’s status for 2024 is unclear, though she has yet to sign pro, training with her older sister at Angel City FC. Even the players unranked look like potential impact players, as Crisera and Murdock are a talented duo.
