Bryson Asher, Midfielder, Solar Chelsea
: 2014
: Duke

When it came to picking the right school, Bryson Asher rattled off a list of several things that drew the midfielder to the Carolina program – what he labeled as a “dream come true.”

“I decided to commit to Duke because as a university I think it offers the best of all worlds,” he told “Duke provides one of the best educations in the country, while allowing me to play high level D1 soccer in the ACC. Plus, out of the schools I visited, kids I met and conversations with coach [John] Kerr, Duke just seemed to fit the best, and felt the most comfortable to me.”
